Apple Watch

Everything you need to know to get the most out of Formasync Trainer on your Apple Watch.

Step 01

Today's Workout

  • Open the app and your scheduled workout for today is front and center.
  • See the workout name plus how many exercises and roughly how long it'll take.
  • Turn the Digital Crown to browse other days — past sessions and what's coming up next.
  • Tap Start when you're ready to begin.

Step 02

Workout Overview

  • Before you begin, preview every set in the workout from top to bottom.
  • The first set is highlighted so you always know where you'll start.
  • Plan your equipment and warm-up while you scroll.
  • Tap the Play button to start training.

Current Exercise

  • The current exercise is shown large and clear — weight and reps at a glance.
  • An Up Next card previews what's coming so you can plan ahead.
  • Rate how the set felt — Easy, Good, or Hard — to advance to the next one.
  • Those ratings tune your future workouts so you keep progressing and break through plateaus.

Step 04

Adjust on the Fly

  • Long-press the current exercise to open the editor.
  • Bump the weight up or down with the quick chips, or set it by voice with Say it.
  • Adjust your reps with the stepper if you did more or fewer than planned.
  • Need to change things up? Skip the exercise, skip the set, or move it to the end.
  • Every change is saved and used to plan what comes next.

Rest

  • Between sets, a clear countdown keeps your rest on track.
  • The next exercise is shown so you can get into position.
  • Ready early? Tap to skip and keep moving.

Workout Complete

  • Finish strong with a celebration screen that sums up your session.
  • See your time, calories, and average heart rate at a glance.
  • A quick "how it felt" breakdown reflects the ratings you gave along the way.
  • Everything is saved with your Apple Watch to help you close those rings.

Step 07

Your Stats & Rings

  • Swipe to the Stats page to see live numbers for the current workout.
  • Track duration, calories, and heart rate as you train.
  • Your Activity rings are right there too, so you always know where you stand.

Now Playing

  • Swipe to the Now Playing page to control your music or podcast without leaving the app.
  • Play, pause, skip, and scrub — all from your wrist, mid-workout.
  • Swipe between Stats, Today, and Now Playing any time to get around.
